Access to items in a reminder window
I wrote a Application_Reminder Routine that sends an email if the tasks
that fires this event has a certain subject. When i have two or more
Tasks at the same day the reminder pops up and lists the different
Items inside this reminder window. So far, so good, but how could my
code get access to the different items that appear in the reminder
window?

Can't send or receive e-mails from "client" network computers
I have a small peer-to-peer network of three computers, and use MS
Outlook 2000 SP-3 (9.0.0.6627) as my e-mail program. All computers are
XP (SP2).
I've recently had to reinstall my setup following a system glitch on
the host machine. Everything is fine, except for one thing. I can
neither send nor receive e-mails from the two client machines.

I have installed the client and the server. But when I want to enter the
server name in the client computer it does not work. I could not find enough

How to Set Reminder Notice to Remain on Top Outlook 2003
Hi,
I've read a few posts about this problem: The reminder notification box
pops under or gets covered by other windows, defeating the visual element
and purpose of the reminder (yes, the taskbar button is visible, but could
be difficult to see depending on the number of windows open, amount of

Recommend a spam filter for Outlook2003 (i.e. anything better than Spambayes?)

Can anyone recommend a spam filter for Outlook2003?
I have tried SpayBayes for a couple of year... but now want something
that works better!

How to find (and delete) faulty calendar entries?
When synching my calendar to my phone (a Sony-Ericsson K800i) the phone
synchronization SW (XTNDConnect) each time opens an alert. Obviously
there are three faulty appointments in my calendar that contain neither

Outlook Exchange Server?
Hello,
I am running Windows XP Pro. I am also running Outlook 2003. When I close
Outlook there is STILL an icon in the bottom right corner showing Outlook. I
get a message saying something about email exchange server....
I am unable to reopen Outlook unless I restart my computer.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem.

APPOINTMENT WITHOUT USER CONFIRMATION

appointment to an other users calendar, but without the email confirmation

Exporting Members on a distribution list
Folks here is a question, you know how you select a distribution list and
then you click on Properties you can see all the member name in full. I
want to know how I can export the names of people who are part of that
distribution list to a excel or text file? Is there a way, I don't want to
do this in AD only because in AD it only shows the users login name as
oppose to their fullnames...

Lock down Outlook to only send plain text messages
Folks
The subject pretty much tells the whole story... Is there a way to lock
down Outlook to only send plain text messages? I know that I can setup
the default behavior but is there a way to disable HTML mail composing
altogether (be it through a registry setting, a group policy or an
utility) ?

Printing mailing envelopes
Hi. I'm using Outlook 2002 on a WinXP system.
I need to be able to print a single #10 mailing envelope from a contact
entry in Outlook. I notice there is a box you can check to say this is the
mailing address, but I can't find a way of directly printing an envelope
without going through the "send a letter" macro. Is there something I'm
missing here? Or is there an extension that all...

Apply this rule after the message arrives

move it to the Internal Mail folder
Notes:

Wrong Signature Font
Despite my Outlook settings, when I reply to an HTML message my
signature is displayed in the wrong font. A New message or a Reply to
an ASCII message is works fine. My configuration/settings are shown
below. BTW, when outgoing is set to HTML, the sinature is always in the
wrong font.
Any ideas?
Also, is there a way to always reply in ASCII regardless of the format
of the incoming mess...

Need Help in Restoring Outlook
On 9/1/2006 I backed up my PST file. On 9/26/06 I deleted a bunch of folder
out of my email and screwed it up so I decided to restore my old PST file
from backup. So I labeled the current pst file to outlook.pst.old and then
restored the PST file from 9/1/2006. When I opened my Outlook back up the
folders are still missing. I checked the data path and its pointing to the
correct PST file...

print the tracking page
Windows XP
Office 2003
Is there a way to print the "Tracking" tab when I shedule meetings? When I
try to do this, the "Appointment" tab shows up as the page being printed...???
