problems with calendar coloring options when Windows XP theme deactivated
Hello everyone ::
I have windows XP and Office 2003, but i decided to deactivate the windows
XP theme and back to the clasic
I have encounter a problem with the calendar in outlook. When the XP theme
is active there is a yellow coloring that shows which is the actual date and
actual time
so, well, when the XP theme is deactivated, the colour is gone

How ...When i move a message to a specific map...
I would like to do the folowing:
I will move a received message to a specific map, and each message that
i move to that folder must also be forward to a specific email adres
one time.
Is that posible and HOW?
using rules is no option :-(
pleas help me with it.

Insert File shuts down Outlook
Is this a peculiar problem or what? I tried doing a web search, not
many have encountered it. I use Outlook 2003, and have unchecked "Use
MS Word to edit email messages". Now, when I try to insert a file in a
new message, outlook completely shuts down. (When I try to use the drop
down box to select the file). Could it be an explorer.exe fault? Funny
part is, works perfectly when I use Word to...

Japanese chars not visible in Outlook new message posted thru mailto:
-- I am able to save japanese text into HTML(saved as unicode file) and
open it in IE and view the jap chars.
-- I am able to open outlook new message and copy japanese chars into
the subject as well as body.
BUT, I am unable to give the subject line as Japanese text when using
javascript/html tag - mailto:... It opens new message with Boxes or
question marks.
Any help?

Font changed in Reply email
I use Word as my editor in Outlook, and I know there are ways to set default
fonts for composing, replying to, and forwarding email messages. However,
when I reply to an email message, the font for the original message changes
from whatever it was to Copperplate Gothic Light. My reply is in the font

How to, multiple contacts
How do I create a mailing list so I can send the same email to multiple
recipients at one time. I'd like to give the group a name and then just
choose it like I would any other person in my contacts folder.

Problem With Word Finding Outlook Contact Lists For Email Merge
I am having a problem getting word (Small Business 2003) to find the
current contact database lists in my Outlook . For some reason or
another when I am asked by the merge wizard to select a contact list
from the contact list folder I am presented with old or deleted lists.
I have done this operation many times before so I am baffled why this

Deleting Personal Files
I have installed fromt he origninal CD all the software on a new laptop and
then transfered the data files. Everythign went fine.
Outlook comes with a defalut folder called Personal Files. I would like to
remove it since I do not use in and it is completly void of any data.
However, I see no way to delete it. Additionally, if I try to close it, I

Read Receipts
Using Outlook 2003, I am no longer receiving Delivery Recipts. I was
receiving them up to last week but no longer can get a Delivery Recipt.
I made NO changes to my email, and it just stopped working for some reason.
I have tried everything possible at this point, but nothing works.

outlook doesn't delete msgs from server and sends replies from wrong account
outlook has been running fine up to a week ago when it started leaving
messages on the mail server and sending replie messages from a second email
account (not the one originally sent from). i do not have the option for
leave messages on the server on and the email account outlook wants to reply
with (the wrong one) isn't the default. are there settings somewhere i can
update to correct ...

Can't create/add calendar appointments
Hi- I have a couple of end users who intermittently can not add
appointments to their calendars. If I recreate their Outlook profile,
it allows them to do it for a week or so, then reverts to not allowing
it.
This is Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003 servers.
Thoughts?

Outlook 2007 and Appointment Reminders
I am new to Outlook, so this may have been covered, but on the ToDo Bar
(just under the small calendar), a reminder shows up for appointments I have
scheduled for next month. I have tried changing the notification period,
but the reminder remains. Is there a way to make it only visible during the
time of the notification period I have chosen, like a week or day ahead of
time?

Printing a Task
When I try to print a "Task" item, the only option I have is to print it in
"Memo" style. Is there a way to just print the text in the task without all
the headings (name, subject, status, ... owner)?
When I make a copy of the Memo Style to modify it, there does not seem to be
any way to eliminate all the above, just ways to change the fonts.

Can't recover mail - outlook express... please help!
Hi,
I lost mails from Send Items folder and I wanted to recover them
somehow.
I found dbx files - size of Send Files is 125MB...
I used DBXtract to recover mails, it cuounts for me more then 500 mails
but it shows me jus few of them...
How to fix that?
Is dbx file corrupted???
How to recover all 125 MB of mails, not just fex???
I urgently need help - thx!
