Is there a way to design a form?
Im trying to design a form for adding my business contacts, but it
wouldn't allow me to do it under the "business contact manager".
But i can successfully do it for other contacts file. Is there any way
to edit the form or design a form under the business contact manager?

Embedding outlook elements in a web page
Hi, I am currently doing some development for a corporate portal and I
have a couple of questions about embedding outlook in a portlet. The
solution I have found is to use the outlook view activex control in the
portlet, but this doesnt really give me what I need. What I would like

OutEx 2003 SP2 Strange email proble
Hello,
I have been using Outlook Express 6 for ages ... and various outlooks before
that.
Last week I upgraded to OE 2003. It's certainly different .... but I've
started experiencing a problem I just can sort out.
I send a POP3 message to somebody (it appears to be just this one person),

Outlook and roaming profile
I support a small Windows 2003 lan. Only a couple of admin staff have
roaming profiles. Well the roaming works but I just discovered that
Outlook.pst does not move to the next workstation. We want to use roaming
profile as a backup to single pc failure. There is no Exchange server, all
accounts are POP. (Exchange starts January 07 if budget permits).

Why can't I get the quick flag column in Outlook 2003?
I just installed Office 2003 and read the 'whats new' section of the manual.
Here it says that there is a new quick flag function. But when I load Outlook
2003 there is no flag column nor can i get one as the check box for this
option will not work. I tried the method suggested by help and this would not
work. Any ideas??...

Conflict between Outlook 2003 and IE7
Since installing IE7 I cannot access Hotmail from Outlook 2003. I keep
getting a login in to server message and duly enter my hotmail account
details which aren't accepted. Access to Hotmail via the internet isn't a
problem and the above used to work with IE6 - any ideas?...

locked out
I have a problem with my "OUTLOOK" currently I have an open email which is
showing the hourglass, I can't move past this point. When I shut down the
computer and restart everything works fine untill I open outlook then I am
locked out again.

Printing attachments from Outlook 2003
Hi,
We have e-mails in HTML format that we want to print with attached files to
it.
When we select the e-mail, and do file-Print, with print attached files
selected, it says "Please open HTML message to print it" and doesn't
print.
When we open, it only prints the first message and not the attached e-mails
or sub attachments within that e-mail. There is no option to print the
attachments ...

CANNOT START OUTLOOK
Out of the blue yesterday my outlook stopped working. When I try to
start it I get this error: "There was a problem during installation.
Restart and try again. If the problem persists, please reinstall."
All of my other Office programs work just fine and I have been using

getting rid of spam question
I keep getting spam from these morons that try to get me to buy stocks. They
put the message in a bitmap or jpg file in the body and then after that
there's a bunch of meaningless text - looks like extracts from books or
articles. The only way I found so far was everytime I get one of these is to

Multiple Distribution Lists
When using multiple distribution lists to create a single combined list, if a
person is included in more than one list, will they receive multiple e-mails?
List 1= a, b & c
List 2= a, d & e
List 3 = List 1 and List 2
Will "a" get 2 emails?

HTML in mailmerge
Hi,
When I send a mailmerge document from Word through Outlook, the received
mail turns out to be only a text message without all the format. Isnt there
a way to use this feature to send the mail as an HTML with merged data? Or
atleast to use my mailing list of ids.

Problem with signature when creating new email

Printing HTML Emails
Hi,
A customer (office2003, XP Pro SP2) complains about the following:
- these last months, she could print any Emails problem free
- since a few days, some of HTML Emails are not printed properly (shifted
left. Left part is missing on the print).
Strange is that another user (same PC), on the same printer (HP Color
LaserJet 4600) does not have this problem.

Cant Change AutoCorrect List
I am using Office 2007 B2 TR, and I have found a problem with the
AutoCorrect functionality.
I removed some entries from the autocorrect list (the wingding smilies

Backing up Inbox Folder
I need to reinstall Office 97 due to a couple of issues. In Outlook, is

Outlook 2002 image issue
User is running Outlook2002/Windows XP Pro in an Exchage 2003
environment. Outlook is configured for HTML mail and to use Word as the
editor. If the user receives an email with an inline/embedded image,
the image does not display. If the user opens the email, it still does
