Reminders Order
Hi
Could some kindly soul point me in the right direction?
I am using Outlook 2003 and using the "reminder" funtion to remind me
of important dates etc.
The order of items in the list seems random when it pops up.
Is there any way to put the items in date order or the order they are
due?

Outlook 2000 Assigning Stationery??????
Does anyone know if it is possible to assign a specific
stationery to a specific e-mail account? If so, how is it

number of email messages on welcome (user logiscreen won't update
When I login to my computer, under my user name it states that i have 207

Outlook 2003: Signing email "sticks", can't be disabled
We are using Office 2003 and Smart Cards to sign and encrypt "corporate" email.
Over the past couple of weeks, random individuals have noted that they are forced to have to
sign their email.

Sender used a recall attachment, can track each opening
I'm not a computer guru, please bear w/me.
Here's the story:
Email was received in inbox. I did not open it. I forwarded email to
several of our household inboxes. Later in the day I opened an email
from the same address. It was a recall of the previous email. Not your
typical recall (I'd never received one before but thru tons of testing

Blocked addresses goto to junk e-mail
Hello,
I'd like my suspected junk e-mail to go to my junk e-mail folder but I'd
like the ones I've marked as junk -to actually be deleted so I don't ever
see them in my junk e-mail folder. Is there a way to make this automatic?
Frankly I'd like it to track down the owners of the spam find there personal

My Outlook 2002 Rules have disappeared. Help
My rules have disappeared. And the Tools menu Rules options have
disappeared also.
Plus, when I click on right click on a piece of mail, and pick the
create rule option, nothing happens.
So I have three problems:
1. Outlook has lost all of my rules. Not I big deal I did not have
many.
2. It will not create a rule. A big deal as I can not enter any new
rules.

My follow up folder has disappeared after one use.
I'm using Outlook that came in the Office Pro 2003 package.
I used the FOLLOW UP search folder in the "Favorites" window... to hold one
message... 24 hours later I handled that matter... and took the message away
to file in a place where I can find it... the folder also disappeared.
Next I tried to replace the folder by creating a new one... now (next day)
no follow-up folder.

Error 8007007E when doing Send and Recieve
preface: I have seen a few posts about this already, but none of them
have worked for me because (a) my system is locked down by my IT

MOVE TO FOLDER- How to get more folders showing in Outlook 2003?
I currently have Outlook 2003 and when I click the "move to folder"
icon, 10 of my most recently used folder show up.
Is there a way to add more? I would like to have the last 15 or 20

Outlook using 100% resources
Outlook 2003 consuming 100% CPU on Windows XP Pro machines. Outlook starts
OK but then the more you use it the more CPU time used. It seems to increase
exponentually with each task preformed in Outlook. If you close and open
Outlook again it works for a few tasks and then is back to 100 % CPU. Have

Rule for the from field on outgoing mail ?

I have some Exchange mailboxes which several users have added to their

Outlook 2003 subject field spell check in US!!!

HELP Outlook 2002 Email Follow-Up???
I'm trying to use the Follow-Up flag for RECEIVED mail as a way to remind me
of action I need to take some time in the future.
When I get an email that I want to create the Follow-Up for, I can
successfully get a date/time entered, the email displays a red flag

Setting up Hotmail in Outlook
I'm trying to set up my Outlook file to check a hotmail account every time
it searches my regular mail server.
Everytime it does the search, I get a "Hotmail Folder Inbox Synchronizing
Headers' error.

Task Subfolders
My boss would like to share a task subfolder without sharing the main task
folder. We have adjusted the permissions but for some reason I receive
