Auto Complete - works then doesn't
I have a user that has the auto complete flag set but when he restarts his
machine he has to start all over. Nothing is retained from the day before.
I've looked everywhere I know to look. Any ideas?

Outlook 2k3 contact sorting
In outlook 2k3 i am having an issue with a client where his cantact
information is not being sorted properly. I have checked to make sure
all fields have been entered coreclty however when it sorts some of
them are sorted wrong by using the first name not the last name. About
95% of his contacts are sorted correctly, however the other 5% is

Rules do not run
I have erase all my rules and set them up one at a time as a new message
arrives. Next time that rule is supposed to run it does not. Using "Run
Rules Now" does work, why are my rule not running automatically when new
messages arrive. I am using Outlook 2003.

Outlook 2003 - clicking on all email hyperlinks causes problem
When I click on any hyperlink in any email in my friend's inbox, it
automatically begins the procedure to install "Spam Inspector for Outlook
Express". We don't know where this came from & want to make it disappear.
He's using Outlook 2003 (not express), Xp pro SP2, IE6.0 with all critical
windows updates & Office updates installed. The PC is only 6 months old with

Pic not showing in signature
Hi All,
I have my signature scanned (.JPG format) and i want to include it in my
email signature. But i am unable to figure out that why the signature is not
visible to the recipient. if i insert it in a mail its visible but if i use
the default signature that i created, it doesnt show.

Outlook Hyperlinks with Bookmarks
I have a problem with Sending a Bookmark hyperlink through outlook.

Tools Contacts Change Defaults
Microsoft Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6811) SP3
The contact (address) list in Microsoft Outlook is in first name, last
name I want last name, first name. Help says go to Ms Outlook, Tools,
Options, Contacts, (change default settings ), then click OK. Then Apply on

Hey folks,
How do I change it so that when I send an email, or reply to an email,
it gets saved in the default location, the "Sent Items" folder?
Guess I changed that feature at one stage, and forgot how to get it

HELP. Can't send HTML in Outlook 2003
I want to make a newsletter, formatted in HTML, that I send using my
Outlook 2003.
So as a test, I took the html source code from a simple table I made
and pasted the code into a new message in Outlook. I then sent it to
myself.
When I receive the email, all I see is the HTML code, NOT the table!!!

Build 8036 appears to break some advanced filters
This morning when I launched Outlook 2003, a bunch of calendar items
that I normally have filtered out suddenly appeared. I note the Outlook
build (from Help > About Outlook) is now 11.8010.8036.
What used to work that now appears to not work is,

Exchange 2003 pop3 access - duplicate downloads
Hi, I have one remote user connecting to our exchange 2003 server using
Outlook 2003 via pop3.
Outlook is configured to leave a copy of the messages on the server.
I realise RPC over HTTP is superior
Today the user opened outlook and its trying to download 400+ emails
dating back 6 months ago.

OUTLOOK SIGNATURE DOUBLE SPACED WHEN REPLYING OK WHEN NEW MESSAGE

OX80042109 Message when Unable to Send Email in 2003 Outlook using verizon DSL
I was unable to send email in my outbox today using a new (2 week old)

sharing contacts folder between 2 accounts in windows xp with limited rights
With outlook 2003 I do most of my work in a limited rights user account. Can
I access the same contacts file (outlook pst) in both admin right account

Client host rejected: Access denied
Hi,
I've copied my email settings from outlook express (Win XP os) from my
laptop to outlook 2003 (win xp os) on my new computer.
I keep getting the following error:
554 <unknown[<ip address>]>: Client host rejected: Access denied

Excel as folder home page in Outlook2003
i want to open an Excel file as default home page for a folder
in outlook 2003.
I went to home page tab of the properties of that folder and
gave the excel path as well as Show the page check box as clicked.

Import into Outlook 2000
Recently I changed hard drives and have saved my old Outlook 2000 .pst file
into the same folder where the current .pst file resides in the new hard
drive. When I use Import or Open Personal Folders File (.pst) I receive the
message "Properties for this information service must be defined prior to
use." The properties for the old .pst file is NOT set to read only. Please
