Formatting changes when I Print
I have some borders on my spreadsheet that, when I try to print the sheet
the formatting for some of my columns, and Rows, winds up being thicker than
the formatting on the screen. The lines show up thicker in print preview as
well. I believe this is probably caused old formatting I may have had on
this sheet at one time or another but am not sure. I have even tried to
erase the old f...

Excel Print Quality not set results in poor image
When we print a spreadsheet in Excel to our Unidrv-based printer, it appears
that it is printing at a strange (high?) resolution.
I believe the lines in the spreadsheet are only 1 pixel wide despite the
resolution because of what happens, although I have not confirmed this.
Whatever occurs, it messes up some image processing we do when the image
arrives back at our application from the ...

Print preview doesn't match printer output
I got an Excel workbook as an email attachment. When printing it out, the
print output cuts off column "A" and half of column "B". Print preview shows
the entire sheet. I've adjusted the margins, selected center horizontally
and vertically, and even "fit to one page wide by 2 pages tall" (which is
what print preview shows". I've adjusted the page breaks as well. Still, the
first colum...

Print titles
I need to use 3 rows as Print titles - however the first single cell on top
row is wider than col widh giving the result that the content is cut on the
right page sections. I suppose this is determined by the col width.
Any suggestions how to get around this problem would be much appreciated.

When I go to print an excel document, the print preview looks fine, but when
I print, with grid lines of course, the data seems to slowly creep up until
you get to the end of the sheet and it looks like the last line has moved up
one complete line. I am using office xp with sp3. Any ideas?

Forcing Page numbers to print outside of normal sequence
Hi. Looking for a way to print an Excel spreadsheet that is approx. 3 pages

Excel Does Not Print

to start a new one because there was no solution posted. I have a user

will not print anything. When she clicks to print the printer icon
shows up in the system tray, acts as if it is spooling, then disappears
with no output from the printer at all....

Why the extra white space?
Quick question here from a reasonably experienced Excel user. I routinely
use page setup options based on 1 page wide and no limit to the number of
pages long. I like this because it typically optimizes printouts.
Frequently, however, I get excessive white space on the right side or the
bottom. I check the Page Preview mode to ensure the print area is not
incorrectly set (I nearly al...
