Code Woes
After protecting my worksheet, this code only works sometime - that is the
conditional statements. Also, Cancel=True does not seem to be working as the
cursor remains in the field after double clicking the selection. Here's the
code in its entirety: (It works fine when I UNprotect the worksheet).

Add number into one cell to remove from another cell.
Does anyone know how to add a number into one cell and have that same number
removed from another cell? (Even by changing font to match the background)
I want to list consecutive numbers in one cell (eg. 1,2,3,4,5,6) and have
each of these numbers removed one by one as I add each number into another
cell. If I were to enter 3 in another cell my list should now read 1,2, 4,5,6.

Slow Opening Excel Files
I have a computer that is very slow when viewing files to open from
excel(and word for that matter). The files can be accessed very quickly
from My Computer or explorer but when doing an open in Excel the list takes
forever to generate what files are in the network shares. This does not
happen when logged in as administrator, only as a standard user. Any idea's

Creating a chart using selected cells from worksheet
I would like to create a pie chart using selected amounts on a
worksheet. The work sheet is set up with columns for each month. In
each colum there are 8 totals with blank cells between each total. When
I do the pie chart it includeds the blanks therefore making a pie chart
with a section for the blank area. How can I just select the totals
from one column?

DV dropdown font
I know I can not modify the font on the data validation dropdown. I've
reviewed the code to show how to zoom when DV dropdown cell is active. Is
there a way to determine what the setting of zoom was prior to hitting this
cell, magnifiying the DV dropdown when active and reverting back to the prior
setting after DV dropdown loses focus?...

Conditionally consolidating lines within a spreadsheet

Downloading files from an Intranet site to Excel
I have a task to do at work daily, open a webpage on the intranet,
specify the necessary criteria via combo boxes, (always the same), then
I get an option to download a file. I have to Open the file in Internet
Explorer as Saving it corrupts the data, then I can save the data into
a folder on my hard drive, (always the same place and same file name).

In Excel why does the / key activate the menu bar?
A user wants to enter text in a cell beginning with the forward slash
character.
When she does this it simply activates the File menu but does not enter the
/ in the cell.
Cant find this mentioned in keyboard shortcuts or sticky keys or
accessibility.
Does anyone know how to turn this off?

ribbon changed after reboot
hey, anyone have this happen to them? ...installed TR for Beta2 and was
checking out the changes in Excel. I noticed that the ribbon icons have
changed somewhat from beta2 - things are condensed a bit... however, after a
reboot, my ribbons reverted back to what they were BEFORE I installed the
Technical Refresh...

Mouse pointer change
I'm running Excell 2003 on Windows XP pro. Everything is set
completely normal and standard. Suddenly the mouse pointer in Excel
(only - no other software as far as I can see) has changed to a big
