parsing data into Excel
Hi,
I have a file I have brought into Excel. It contains tens of thousands
of records. I need to parse the data from this format:
JOHN DOE 1.16 AC
P O BOX 229
MT STORM WV 26739
To this format
JOHN DOE PO BOX 229 MT STORM WV
26739 1.16 AC

excel safe mode
I have Office 2000 Premium and I have done something that prohibits Excel
from opening. I get the message: Excel.exe has generated errors and will be
closed by Windows. You must restart your program.
I can go to Run and type: "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Start
Menu\Programs\Microsoft Excel (2).lnk" /s and the program opens in the Safe
Mode and everything works fine.

CSV file
When I download a csv file into excel, manipulate it and then save it again
as a csv file, it saves it without the quotation marks ("") around the data.
I import it into another program (a different 3rd party) that needs the
quotations.
How do I save it in Excel so it doesn't get rid of the quotation marks?
Any help would be greatly appreciated....
