Access database hangs while accessing it across the network except for one PC
I am on a domain, Local LAN, Windows 2000 server with SP4 and latest
updates.
Our workstations are XP with SP 2 and Office 2003 SP2 with the
latest patches etc.
We keep an access database on our Win2000 file server.
When you access it from Workstation A, the database opens and works with no

The PC is a P4 2.8Ghz, with Nvidia AGP card. Almost immediately I started
having an issue intermittently. When the system was booting up, it would lock
hard. Th...

PROBLEM:
I have installed the package on a computer that has Access 2000 installed
(Windows XP). The install computer contains Access 2000 files. My data...

doing so, and getting Excel and Word working again, when I try to run Access
2002, it opens up my database, but then gives me message "Microsoft Access

VB 6.0 to VB.Net
My company is planning to migrate from VB 6.0 to VB.Net. We have a verfy few
applications in VB 6 and a bunch of database MS Access 2000 using VB 6.0.
How does it work?
Is it easily upgraded?
Is there some page where I can find a comparison?
Will I have a problem with that?
I have no experience with VB.Net.
Any help is very much appreciated.
Thanks
Mauricio Silva...
