Alarms
Is it possible to configure activity/event alarms in access 2003. Our people
in contract administration need something that’ll keep timelines of all
projects – blueprint deadlines, 9-month price adjustments, etc. – and notify
them (alarm) whenever the project goes off course. Or would this be an
add-on to access.

>> Cursor Moves
Hi, I'm not sure if this the appropriate discussion group for this question...
The problem is that as I'm typing code the text moves to the right beyond
the insertion point (even though the insertion point has remained in the same
location). So that instead of entering characters to the right of existing
text, the insertion point is several characters to the left of the end of the
text...

Maximizing Access Program
I'm linking to multiple Access DBs through a single DB. The code I got from
a different post works great to open the forms, but when they do open, Access
is windowed, not maximized. How can I fix this so that each instance of
Access is maximized upon opening?
Thanks!...

errors. But I could not figure out where is the ODBC connection (which links
to the migrated SQL tables) created and located. There will be a time when
the backend database is moved from the current development database to a
production datab...

backend. None of the other frontends allow access anymore. What has

Error/Corruption after migrating to XP
Hi there,
my company is undergoing a massive upgrate from Windows 2000 to Windows XP

MS Office products too).
Before, on Windows 2000 we had problems with database corruption in our MS
Access database 3 or 4 times per year, not really a big deal. After the
migration started, the rate of this problems has bee...
