Charts - Legend Colours
I have a Pie Chart and a Legend and I want to match the colours up to
specific colours, i.e. Legeng is..
Red
Amber
Green
Blue
and I want the colours on the Pie to be Red, amber, Green & Blue to match
the legend.
Is this possible ?

Chunks of random white space on report
This is strange. I have a main report to which I have added several sub
reports.
Some pages print just fine. Some pages print with varying amounts of white
space (the fields move down, nothing is skipped). I've tried all the
properties on the main and sub reports.
When I previewed the Main report prior to inserting the sub reports I didn't

Access 2003 in Landscape orientation
Print margins are all 0.5". Report width is 9". Print options are set at
Landscape, and the diagram shows the report in landscape mode. But in Desugn
View the green still shows in the corner of the report control and the
information given is that report width is greater than page width (which is
untrue), and preview omits the last column while showing lots of white space.

I have these fields: sales date, salesprice, days on market
I have created groups for sales price using a range as the group break:

200,000-300,000
etc.

Keep header contents together
I have a report with a primary and secondary group header. I have no detail.
The primary header contains QuestionID and Question fields. The secondary
header contains AnswerRating and AnswerMeaning fields. The secondary header

Subreports within reports
My report is for one record within my customer table. I show the pertinent
contacts for that record in the first subreport. The next subreport shows
the call records for that customer. The problem I have is that the calls
subreport is repeated multiple times growing the report from the 4 pages that
it should contain to 17 pages with the calls X3. Hope someone can help me!

Report Programming ?
I have a report that pulls data from a querie....
The data is as follows.
Inmate #, Inmate Name, Race, Unit, Section, Cell, Bed & Sep
However it does not pull if the cell is empty say I have 30 cells in section
C but only have 10 Inmates it will only pull the 10 that cells that are used.
What I need to do is have it add the empty cells as well, however the empty
cells are not in this tab...

printing multiple iterations with a serial number
I am developing a db that will be used to print questionnaires. I have a form
that allows a user to select questions by using a series of combo boxes. I
then use a report to place the questions in text boxes and print the

Incorrect Data on Last Page
Ok, I have an unusual problem with a report. I'll try to explain. I have a
main report that prints some header/footer data with no problem. In the
detail section of the report is a subreport that has a group on StockNum.
The detail section of the sub report has serial#s but they are not printed in

Report not picking up all data
My report is not picking up all data.
There are three tables. In the unit_measurements each brand and unit_size is
unique together as they are in the refuse table. The delivery table can be as
many as you like. there is no primary key constraint and i need it that way.

Counting in Code
I need to count the number of times records have specific statuses. I'm using
a Select Case statement in the Detail_Format event to increment a variable
for each status. I am then using that variable to print a summary in the
footer of the group.

Transferring report images to Word
Hi,
I have an invoice report with a company logo(bitmap image) which I
imported from an Excel file. When I publish the report in Word from Access
the image disappears. If I copy and paste it over it works but I would like

Setting Paper size via code for reports
I'm trying to print a report in Access 2003 to a preprinted form that is not
standard size. The forms size is 8 7/8 by 8 1/2. The printer is a dot
matrix tractor feed and after the first report prints the paper is feed as if

I have a lot of fields in a Db and need to be able to print each record with
about 60 fields out on one page. Is there anyway I can use tab windows to be
able to view it all on one page or is there anotherway to have mutiple layers
