Setting up for use?
Hello,
I have just finished my very first Access project, a school database
which will have information entered by 2 or 3 people, but no more than 2 at
the same time. Is there a way I can "finish" it and set it up for use where
the users can pull up the main form but not have access to all the design
tools? I really have no idea about how to get it ready for the users except
that...

What is the difference between open vs import
We have a file that is saved in DB IV format from another application.
I want to work on data in a field in this file in Access 2000 and
export it back but not change the structure or original compatibility.
Is there a difference between opening a file DB IV file and importing
(Get External Data, Import)?
Thanks,

maximized, but it seems awkward that everytime I switch from one form to
