Outlook text format
Hello.
I have a form which allows me to export to MS Outlook some data; I already
made the export code and it is working fine.
However, I wonder if it is possible to make some text data appear Bold in
the Outlook body message, and also with a Tab (with code).

Relationship & sql

We have access font end with sql 2000 server as backend.(API)
We have a foreign table link. (With three relationships)
What I want to do is change old table (Foreign Link) to New table (same
foreign Link) (Thus deleting the relationships and adding new ones)

Double filter
hi there
ive got a filter that works based on a search criteria (thank you allen
browne) it works great however im alittle stuck when it comes to a combo box
whereby i want to say that if the user chooses "Good Leavers" then can the
system filter - the processed_leaveing date is null And the status field says
'Exercised' does anyone know how to do this? i've provided the code below

limiting access
My database is finally getting ready to go live for my company and I have a
couple of security issues.
1. Is there a way to prevent anyone except the administrator from
"Unhiding" the database window? I only want people to have access to whats on
the menu.

Listbox Value for Report
I'm trying something new and don't seem to be able to get it to work. I have

Need to create lists/ collections of filtered or queried tables
I have a question that has been puzzling me for sometime, I am fairly new to
access.
I would like to create lists in my database (collections of forms) the forms
would still use the original table data to refer to and any updated field in
a record would still update its relavent field. But I could save these
collections of forms for mailing, easy reference or any other purpose.

Change Hour + Decimal to Hour + Min
I have to log a start time and finish time for pipe tests and there mostly
done at night and logging time as PM and AM.
I use a Medium Time format for the start and finish times in the table and on
the report.
The fields are called: TestCompleted and TestStart

Default values in fields used for calculation?
I have a number of fields that are added up to give sub-totals and totals in
other fields.
It appears that if any of those individual fields is blank, the expressions
in the SubTotal and Total fields (to add all those values) will not work.
It looks as though I must set the default to 0 in each of the fields, for
the calculation to work.

Schedule Form
I've been requested to write a form that will end up displaying very similar
to Outlook calender single day view, but for multiple Users.
As far as I can tell this just isn't possible
Is this at all possible? and if so can anyone give me some ideas.

Insert photos in a form
Hello
How could I insert a photo on the database and show it in a form?
I have created an OLE object and try to insert a photo but I don´t success
showing the picture in the form, I can only open it clicking twice and see
the image but not surfing form one record to another.

Multi-Select List Box
I have a multi-select list box on a form. The first column (bound column)
has values ranging from 1 to 10000. Shouldn't I be able to type the first
few digits of the number and the record pointer go to the nearest record?
e.g. if I type in 567 the pointer goes to record 7.

Criteria on a form
Using Access 2003. I have a form that has employee records. I have a
control for status. I want to make all the text boxes on the form change to
a grey background instead of white if the status box has resigned in it. Is
that something I can do with the macro builder? I opened it up but I'm not
sure what the function would be.

Re - order Level
I am trying to incorporate a re-order level function within a database I am
designing and need some suggestion / advice....
I have a function "Onhand" which gives me my current stock total.
I have added a new field in to tblproducts called reorderlevel which is
where the user can enter a number at which reordering should take place.

capture new record addition
Hi,
How can I capture the fact the someone has started enteringt a new
record and wants to move to another record without populating a primary
key field.
My users keep getting the 'primary key or index cannot be null' error
and it's a little frustrating
I want them to be returned to the mandatory key field before they move
on

Combo box display values
Hello,
I have a form with two combo boxes used for searching.
When I search for a record using either, everything works and the
record is recalled, but my problem is that the value of the second
combo box (that wasn't used to search) remains empty (and i want it to
display the data for the record once found).

Calculation Help
I have a form which has a stock total field which is populated by a =OnHand
function
I also have a field called RRPrice which has the cost of the item.
What I wouldlike to do now is stocktotal x RRPrice = Stock Value
I have tried the following in the control source of a text box
=OnHand([ItemCode])*[RRPPRICE] but all I get is #Name?
Any suggestions?
