When exporting a report from Access to Excel the totals are shifted one
column to the right. So if you have six colums of numbers, it will export
out 12 columns, 6 with data and 6 with totals. How do you have the total
export and stay under the column of data?...

Exporting to Excel, decimals change
I exported some data from an Acces97-query to an Ecel97-sheet. In the
excell-sheet the figures are changed. For example, a field that containes
1503.6 (not a calculated field) in Access, now shows in Excell
1503,59997558593. What is the cause of this and, more important, waht is the
solution for this problem ?

Linked to ODBC - Primary Key keeps changing
I really need help. I'm using a bunch of Access db which all have tables
linked through ODBC. When I create the link, I often am prompted to set the
Primary Key(s) for that table.
Now I'm finding that sometimes when I go back into a linked table the
Primary Key has mysteriously changed or is gone. This is creating havoc with
my queries.
A possible clue: I'm using Access 2003 ...

Import from SPreadsheet has strange behavior
Hi All,
I have written a VBA proc to load data from a xls, but I seem to have a
problem. Some (4) of the fields are text fields that contain either TRUE or
FALSE. I have the table design set to TEXT for these columns, but the values
inserted are -1 and 0.
Is there any way to get around Microsoft converting my text values into their
numeric equivalent?
Thanks in advance,

Export to another Access DB and delete what was exported?
Hi,
I need some help on how I can do this. What I need is some VBA code
which would help me retrieve all records for yesterday which of course
I can query with Date()-1, and then
1) Add these records to a Table1 in another database (Note: Table1
already has records in it)
Then
2) Delete those records from the original database.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
