ODBC issues with Access Runtime 2003
Has anyone run into this? Trying to distribute an app that uses ODBC to
connect to SQL Express. If I use full Access 2003, link the tables using
ODBC everything works fine. When I switch to the runtime ODBC doesn't work.
If I then re-open in full Access 2003 I have to relink the tables to get to
them....

select * from (select * from Employees) as T1
Hello,
I've used Sql Server a lot, and need to use MS Access for a small project.
I am trying to use a single SQL statement to do a sub-select, like:
select * from (select * from Employees) as T1
I cannot use a nested Sub-query because that requires me to physically alter
the database, and I don't have write access.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks,
Tim...

Package Wizard Access 2003 - ActiveX Registration

libraries were automatically included and registered with the PDW. However,
in the Office 2003 Package Wizard, dependant controls and libraries
apparently are not i...

Deplying MDE with embedded data
Hi guys,
I have written a small app which helps with producing invoices and
shipping documentation for Ebay. I can package this up as an MDE but I
am going to want to make changes to the table structures in the future,
both new tables and new fields on existing tables.
The app is designed to run stand alone with a single user so there is
no need to deploy MDB on a server and MDE l...
