Access 2003 Package Wizard
Using the Access 2003 Package Wizard how can I create more than one shortcut
for my program? I remember with the 2000 Package and Deployment Wizard I was
able to create more that one shortcut. I find it very inconvenient that I
cannot create more than one shortcut with the 2003 version of the package
wizard.
Why is this and how can I work around this to create multiple shortcuts for
my pro...

Exact purchase to distribute Runtime
Hello all,
I am struggling finding the exact names of what to purchase. I have an
Access 2000 DB, End result is a runtime version packaged on a CD for
distribution.
I assume I will need to convert DB to Access 2002 to create the MDE file....
I searched on Microsoft for "developer toolkit", no exact match. Do I
puchase visual studio? MSDN 7.0 Enterprise Edition? MSDN 7.0 Professional...

Importing Multiple Excel Tabs
I am wondering if there is a way to import a spreadsheet with multiple tabs
of data.
I have a spreadsheet that has multiple tabs breaking data down into their
separate months. Every tab has the same column structure. I am wanting to
convert this into a single Access table so that I can easily report off of
it. I will have to import this spreadsheet every month because the creator of

Access 2003 adp: ADO-SQL codes in Module to get a Tabular Report
Hi all,
In the attached code, I can read a Table and print out the results of some
selected fields in the "Immediate" Window. How can I do the ADO-SQL coding to
get the same results saved as a "Report" object and then to print it out as a
Tabular Report? I am a new amateur in the ADO-SQL programming in the Access
2003 adp development. Please help and advise.
Thanks in advance,

Callback function in ADE file
In Access 2000 Access Data Projects (ADP), I use callback functions to
fill list boxes. This works perfect: it is fast and it can handle large
amounts of data (much more than 2 kb). I convert it into an ADE file:
no problem.
Now, in another project with exacly the same technique, the callback
function "doesn't work", that is: I see nothing in the list boxes, and
a MsgBox in "Case acLBIniti...

ADE software module
Does anyone have a copy of the ADE software (part of Visual Studio Tools for
Offuce 2003) that they would be willing to share with me (or sell to me). I'm
not trying to buy a 'pirate' copy or anything like that - it's just that I
would like to assess ADE before committing to purchase the full product -
after all it is quite pricey.

I have recently converted from 97 to 2003. I have a 97 backend and a 2003

up at about 75% complete and my cpu stays at 100%. I have taken the Db off
the server and tried on my PC but get the same thing, the mde never
completes. This just started today, before today it worked like a charm. I
run a P-4 at 1.7 and...
