I just got back working on my website. Its taken a long time to finish but I am getting there.
I got great web hosting at http://www.domainnamefree.net where I got a free .com name and a good site builder. Im going to keep working on it ill let you all know how im doing.

2002 Access db loading on PC with Office 2003 gives instructions-H
I have been loading Access programs written with the 2002 Developers tools.
No problem with the package until recently. When I try to load a program on
a PC that has Office 2003 I get the following instructions. The office
system pack cannot be installed on this system because it requires windows NT
4.0 service pack 6 or later. I can copy the program and it works under the

Hidden form shows up on taskbar after changing startup properties
I'm using Access 2003.
I have a form which I open from my switchboard and keep hidden while the
application is running. I finally got around to creating an icon to use for
my app and specified it in the startup properties. I checked the box under
the icon setting which tells access to use the icon for forms and reports.
After I've done that, when I open my app, the hidden form is still ...

Access 2003 adp:Rotate a Table-syntax error in Stored Procedure &
Hi all,
When I tried to get the attached source code of a Stored Procedure and VBA
in the Modules of Access 2003 adp, I got the following problem:
1) I tried to type your VBA code and I got a Compile error: syntax error on
the code statement .Parameters ("@year") = '1995' - the two single quotes on
1995 caused trouble!!!

Installation error: msiexec.exe has generated errors
We have a client running into problems installing our Access 2003
application. They initially get an error as above "msiexec.exe has generated
errors and will be closed by Windows."
What we find afterwards is that the runtime version of Access 2003 has not
been installed. The client is running Access 2000 on a (we believe) Windows
NT network with very high security.

Updates for Runtime 2K in Deployment
We're starting to run into serious issues with the computers that install
our Access 2K runtime and are having to run additional updates for Office 2K
to make our app work. Other than SR1, is there someway that we can include
these updates so that users don't have to run the updates from the MS
download sites?
We will be porting to the next version of Access if/when it is released.

Using InternalPivotTable Property of ChartSpace Object

How to prevent multiple connections when using linked tables to SQL server
Hello,
I have a VB app that tries to read/write data from an access 2002 DB
that has linked tables to a SQL server.
My problem is that my read after the begintrans creates a new
connection (SPID) in SQL server therefore causes an update on an
already locked record. How can I make sure that all my reads and
writes are done in the same connection?

I've read some posts that refer to the use of third party software being
used to distribute access applications. In those post, people have written
that you have to "build the runtime" using ADE before using the third party
tool to create the distribution script. What exactly is meant by "build the
runtime" when used in this context.

To create an Access 2003 runtime application, does the ADE have to be
*installed* or can I just purchase the ADE, sit it on the shelf to make it
