REQ: help with accessing a database through my webpage
I have a small database I use to keep track of the people that work
for me (about 200). They work all over the region and are divided
into a few work groups. I need to know every day that they are
working where they are supposed to. Having each of these people call
me is not the way I would prefer to muster them. My ideal solution is
to make this database information available available o...

When executing a Crosstab Query I see only rows (defined in a row heading)

regardless they have values in column headings.
For instance, the result that I get now is like this

Package wizard won't allow help file inclusion
Hi,
While packaging an mde file, the text field where the help file is supposed
to go will not allow data input and the "browse button" is greyed-out.
Also, the mde file works fine on my computer under /runtime, but after
packaging with the wizard, an error message appears when the queries are
called, saying the function is not available.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
Karl...

Runtime Frontend and Backend
Hi All,
If one deploys a split (FE/BE) runtime solution, do both FE and BE have to
be MDE, or can the BE be a mdb?
Also, side question: if a single/self-employed developer purchases VSTO are
they permitted/licensed to install it on 2 computers?
thank you

TS or Citrix, can one open file on local pc?
I was asked if it's possible to open a file on a local pc from a TS or
Citrix session. The notion is, some applications would be on the server
and files associated with them (say a .doc) could be opened on the
server; but some files would need to be opened by a program on a local

server, the files could be transferre...
