Pages from existing HTML forms?
Greetings,
I'm new to data access pages but not to Access. (I'm working in Acc2000.)
I'd like to create some data access pages that look exactly like the HTML
forms I'm using to solicit data (for importing via e-mailed attachments).
This way the user can print out a document that looks just like the completed
form on the web.
Is there some non-tedious method of assigning fields to...

Data Entry drop down fields?
When I create my data acess page, some of the fields from the table had drop
down menu choices. In the acess page, they are no longer drop down fields.
If I put in a Dropdown list as an object, the data does not go into my field.
Is there a way to have the original field (created with wizard or autopage)
to retain its dropdown choices? (helps to eliminate user entry error).
Thanks...

Using the Activex Calender to enter a date in a field
I am trying to pull the activex control Calender , then select a date and
enter it into an adjacent field.
How can I create a button with a small calender image to open the Activex

I think I know hot to send the selected date into the adjacent field by
selecting the appropriate ControlSource in the Activex Control properties.

Access crashes when creating DAP
I have an MDB FE and a SQL Server BE. I need to create a small web FE to
part of the database, so I thought maybe DAP would be a quick way to go. But
every time I try to create a DAP, I get the ubiquitous "Access has
encountered a problem and needs to close". What could be causing this? I
saw one exchange in this forum about a limitation of 360 queries. Is this

DAP with non-Microsoft Server
If my server does not run IIS, will data access pages work?
We are running an Intranet with Novell.
As I look at the instructions for installing data access pages on the
internet, I am beginning to wonder if this is why everything connected with
data access pages that I am doing either works incredibly slowly, or crashes.
Or maybe there's another problem.
Thoughts, anyone?

Password on database itself, but would like DAP's to not prompt each time

on the DB since it's on one of our network drives. Just to stop anyone

and open any DAP it prompts for the password. I don't want my end
users to have to remember a password.
Is there a way to have a db password (to stop data from being changed...
