using ActiveX, making application portable.
Hello,
I'm trying to develop an application that will run on a few different
Windows machines. The application needs to make MS Access run a Subroutine.
I'm using ADODB extensively, but running Subroutines seems impossible through
ADODB - if I'm wrong, please let me know!
I resorted to using ActiceX and the "Microsoft Access x.x Object
Library" because it provides a "run" meth...

MonthView control: How to get immediate response?
I have inserted the Microsoft ActiveX MonthView Control, version 6.0, on an
HTA page as the <OBJECT> MonthView1.
I want the user to select a date from the calendar, with the selected date
being displayed immediately as a string which represents the MonthView
object's "value" property. In my example I am displaying the string in the
document title.

Rich Text Control
I added the MS Rich Text Control to a form and set
it's control source to a memo field. The print preview
and datasheet view displays format characters, why
I have no idea.
Is there a way not to display these characters?

Free templates
I just got back working on my website. Its taken a long time to finish but I am getting there.

Treeview Control
I'm trying to populate a treeview control with a field: MovieType
from tblDvdMovieType and am having no luck at all.
I'm using access 2003.

ActiveX errors in Access 2003
Hi,
I developed an appication in Access 2002 which included forms. A user has
Access 2003 installed and is recieving ActiveX errors when trying to use any
of the forms: "you do not have the access to use this ActiveX Control". I
checked his references, the only difference we have is I have Microsoft
Access 10.0 Object Library and the he has Microsoft Access 11.0 Object

OXID resolver problem
Hi2All.
I have problem with very slow (tens seconds) first unmarshalling COM-object
on some computers with old Windows 9.x. The same object (from the same
server computer) unmarshal well always on ather computers.
IMHO is the OXID resolver problem because this problem appear only after
restart computer when OXID resolver's cache is empty. Server is multihomed
in two LAN. May be this prob...

How to pull calculated value to a field automatically

Query with multiple nested calculations in one column
Ok folks I'm stumped!
I have seen this before, but for the life of me can't remember how to do it.
I have a safety and health database with a body part query. Within that
query is a column that has numerous body parts listed. I need to be able to
calculate the number of each type of entry (Body part per injury) to forward

Data Control in Access 2003
I' trying to get MSAdodcLib.Adodc.6 data control to work
but so far the buttons are dead. I've stet it's recordsource
to a table but not a thing happens when I click a navigation
button, they're all disabled.
Also, ideally I want to populate the flexgrid control with this
same table but apparently it doesn't get populated using
the table name as it's recordsource or rowsource in the OnLoad

i'm trying to see if it's possible to refresh query data with calendar

ADO - returning different results rather then Query analyzer !!!
Hi,
very strange thing happend today:
I wrote an sql syntax to query a sql server database:
"Select Count(*) From dbo.Func1() Where SomeCriteria"
From the sql server query analyzer i got results as a nameless column having
the value of 1
