Go to Print Preview and look at margins, move the bottom two lines one representing the end of the page and the other the end of the worksheet. Sounds like you have moved your footers up into the worksheet.
If not clear try File, Page Setup, Margins Top: 1 Header: 0.5 Left: 0.75 Right: 0.75 Bottom: 1 Footer 0.5 the footer should be less than the bottom margin.
