We have a "Timesheet" workbook stored on our shared server that several people use to create their weekly timesheet. Currently, they print to the local printer and hand carry a copy to the payroll clerk.
I want to create a form button that anyone, anywhere can press to send the printout directly to the payroll clerk's shared network printer. This would be like the feature MS Access has in a report's "Page Setup" where you can define a specific network printer to which the report will automatically be printed.
We want the standard print button to print locally so the employee can print a copy for their own files.
I expect that we will have to install the network printer driver on each computer that will be accessing the "timesheet.xls" file, but it would sure be nice if we could bypass this step.
Thanks, Jim
