Sending a Contact via Bluetooth arjay67 23.12.2005 21:59:02 Ok, I'm only guessing that this is supposed to work. When in Outlook and I have a contact highlighted and then click on File, Send to Bluetooth; Outlook dosen't seem to be able to "see" my bluetooth cell phone. Can this be made to work or does it require additional software?

(i.e. the host PC and cell phone "see" each other) I'm just clueless on how to proceed from there. The sync software that came with your phone should be able to pull data from Outlook via Bluetooth. -- Brian Tillman

When I first set up my bluetooth device, I finally got it to work and was able to send contacts and calendar events from my desktop PC to my cell phone. After removing the device from the USB slot and later reinserting it, I have lost that capability. On the PC's Bluetooth Places I'm showing my cell phone but when I select "Send to bluetooth" in Outlook, the arrow doesn't point to the cell phone like it used to.
