Access 2003 in Landscape orientation
Maggie Roberts 27.09.2006 01:33:02
Print margins are all 0.5". Report width is 9". Print options are set at
Landscape, and the diagram shows the report in landscape mode. But in Desugn
View the green still shows in the corner of the report control and the
information given is that report width is greater than page width (which is
untrue), and preview omits the last column while showing lots of white space.
I even changed the print options in the query and table used to create the
report, thinking that some of their specs might be carried over into the
report.

Then I checked how it would print a table and the same thing happens; I
cannot utilize anything beyond portrait width when it is set for landscape.

My printer is a Office Jet v40 which works fine with full-width landscape
printing with other programs, but not with Access.

Maggie:

Look for an updated printer driver from HP; that may resolve your problem.

The HP website says I have the latest driver. Thanks for trying.
