Only if you add code to your input form.
It can be as simple as adding a "LastUpdatedBy" and "LastUpdateDTM" field to your table, and populating them in the form's BeforeUpdate event, or you can get more sophisticated, such as what Allen Browne has at http://www.allenbrowne.com/AppAudit.html
