If i create individual accounts in an Access Database(using access
2003) is there a way for me to track the changes that each user makes?

Only if you add code to your input form.

It can be as simple as adding a "LastUpdatedBy" and "LastUpdateDTM" field to
your table, and populating them in the form's BeforeUpdate event, or you can
get more sophisticated, such as what Allen Browne has at
