A setup program for Replication Manager? Was there ever?
I have not done this since Office 97, but I always created a custom
installer to install ReplMan.
But ReplMan is not provided in VST 2003 -- it was dropped, and is
only available in the XP or 2000 developer's edition. It makes no
sense to have done so, but that's how stupid Microsoft is about Jet
replication.
