putting pp presentations on tv moniter wbickerstaff 29.09.2006 16:19:02 I am attempting to display a powerpoint presentation using a big screen tv as a moniter and it is not working well. Either it does not fill the whole screen or the pictures are distorted. any suggestions.

Unless your TV accepts VGA input, to do this you normally need a device called a "scan converter" or "PC-to-TV converter". Scan converters usually have the ability to adjust the display to zoom it in or out or move it around the screen to compensate for the TV's over or under scanning (cropping the edges of the image).
