Hi,
I'm in the process of implementing it now and there are some things I really
like and some things I'm not so sure about. I had to purchase Chapura Key
Suite in order to synchronize business contacts.
I was really unhappy with Top Producer--just too monstrous and time
consuming to upkeep the data and the email program was horrible. BCM at
least gets the email portion right, and that is such a large part of my
business that I figured it was worth a shot.
