How do I work on one monitor to our PC without it showing on our projection
screen untill I'm ready for the presentation?

If you are on a laptop you will have this capability. If a PC it will need a
dual graphics card. You need then to enable Presenter View under the slide
show/set up show menu. You will also need to set up the display settings.
From the desktop right-click Properties. Hope this helps.
