The email format is irrelevant. It is not possible to un/register this DLL but that is normal with this DLL. With Regmon i was able to see that dw20.exe suffers an Buffer Overflow on different occasions but i can not interpret this behavior. A uninstall and reinstall of Office 2003 SB did not solve this problem. I did the steps that are described in Article ID: 912805 but that did not solve the problem too. The next steps i could do is to delete the local and server userprofil and to make a new one for the user and if this does not solve the problem i would reinstall the computer through RIS but i hope i can avoid this because i am still not sure if that is the cause of the problem.
