Movie stop/start slow motion
Richard911 29.09.2006 20:27:01
I need better control of my movies while playing in PPT.
I.e I need to be able to stop & start instantly, go slow motion, and rewind
partially.
How can I do this in PPT?

THanks!!

Richard

Hi Richard,

this can be done, partially. Which version of PowerPoint do you use? In
PPT 2002/2003 there are trigger animations. And you can handle Start, Stop
and Pause for multimedia elements like movies like any other animation. But
there is no slow motion and no rewind.

Best regards,
Ute

You'll get more control if you insert a windows movie Player object from the
control toolbox (It way down in more controls)

Right click > properties and in custom anavigate to your vid

You might want to set stretch to fit as well

Did that answer the question / help?
