Personal Folder Backup STS 28.09.2006 19:56:02 I had to re-set my personal settings, which included re-install Outlook. I am trying to install the Personal Folder Backup again, but get the message that the system dedected an previous version, which I need to uninstall in add/remove programs first, before the new version can be installed. When I got into add/remove programs, it doesn't show the previous version, and therefore I can't uninstall it. Any idea how to solve that issue, or where the previous version would be excatly? Thank you.

Thank you. You don't state your Outlook version. The following should work for OL 2002/2003. Open Outlook and click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins. Click Add. Browse to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\AddIns and select outbak.dll. Click OK. (Note, the "10" might be "11" for OL 2003.) -- Brian Tillman
