A little more information:
The default font color is light blue for 'read' message groups. I was seeing grey due to a custom desktop style.
I went through the list of 'advanced' options in the them settings but none seemed to control the color of the read group headers.
So, I guess my question should be more about identifying which font style Outlook uses for the read group headers. Does anyone know?
