Office 2003 ORK hotfix SP 27.09.2006 15:59:01 Is this hotfix available anywhere, besides MS support, Office2003-kb835209-enu.exe. I have an issue with the MST I created for Office 2003 Pro that includes an OPS and PRF. Installation succeeds, some fresh installs and some upgrades from Office XP. But users that already had a profile would not be able to launch Outlook 2003, 'mini setup' starts and then fails and rolls back. New users (without profile on the pc) or if the old profile was deleted, would be able to launch Outlook successfully. Another user had the exact problem at this post: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Applications/MS_Office/Q_21808141.html and he resolved the issue with the ORK 2003 hotfix. I would like to get Office2003-kb835209-enu.exe without going through MS support. Boss will not pay for support cost. Thank you.
