Creating the logo is up to you. To create a signature, go to the Tools ->
Options menu, select the Mail Format tab and click the Signatures button.
Create or edit an existing signature and then right-click in the signature
box and choose "Insert image".
BTW, this forum is supposed to be dedicated to issues around customizing
Outlook forms. There's a microsoft.public.outlook.general group you can use
for similar questions.
