Word 2003 - no SP's Scenario: Principal creates weekly newsletter from previous weeks edition, he changes text-bodies and clipart. He then submits to admin staff for editing. Admin staff edit and return to Principal > no issues at this point. The principal then makes final changes and returns to admin staff for finishing and printing.
The second time the document (2-3 pages) is sent to the admin staff, the document, when opened will scroll to the first clip art insert and then hangs for 60+secs before catching up to the scroll point. CPU usage hits 80%+ when this occurs. I have found that by opening a newsletter from 6-8 weeks earlier, the scrolling works ok, and then you reopen the current weeks edition and the clip art/scrolling issue has been resolved....
Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Cameron
