shortcut in excel sheet to and Outlook email

I need to create a reference to an email in outlook for an incident log
that could link to/open an Outlook email.
Dragging only copies and right mouse button dragging provides Create
Shortcut Here in the context menu, but pastes nothing when selected.

Does anyone know how this can be done?

Thank you.

No need to post more than once.

There is not a unique and public id for a email saved in a Outlook
folder. And even if there was one, the email could be deleted or saved
in an outlookfolder of someone else.
The only safe way of creating a reference to an email is save it as a
msg file on a public folder (directory), then try to create a hyperlink
to that file.
