I am trying to create an office schedule I can keep at my from desk computer.
I would like something with 15 minute increments. I can't seem to find
anything like this. I am new to onenote as of today, so I am a bit lost.

Aloha Dr. Laura Dr.,

I think what you want is not OneNote but Outlook. The calendar in Outlook
can be set to 15 minute increments quite readily.
