In case it's there, did you run Windows INstaller Cleanup Utility (even though it's beta)? Also what about the remnants under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\....., C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Application Data\....,C:\Program Files\Common Files\....?
Also there are great many other modifications in the registry other than you reported ... did you get all the HKLM\CLSID's, HKLM\Typelib's, HKLM\Interface's, ....?
