Spelling dictionary indicator disappeared...

Hi all.

Word 2000: I used to see a language indicator at the bottom of my word
screen, which showed what language the document had been created in (in
particular I wish to detect when English (Australian) is selected instead of
English (US). On reload after a disk wipe this indicator has disappeared.
How do I get it back? TIA

Actually, not View - Status bar, but Tools - Options - View tab, click
Status Bar there.

It's checked, Herb, but still no language showing. Any other ideas?
