Toggle from one toolbar to another

I have two custom created toolbars which my users use regularly. I'd
like to be able to add a button they can click so that one of them
switches to the other one. Anyone know of any notes that can help me
with this?

What do you mean by "switches to the other one"? Makes it visible if
it's been hidden? Or something else?

I think I've managed it Cindy. I was hoping to do it with a spin
button or similar, but have achieved what I want by adding a macro to
the toolbar. It basically hides one and makes the other visible.
Thanks for your reply
