Since you haven't received any response here, try looking in the office.developer newsgroups (this interface, under "Office Solutions and Development": http://msdn.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx).
There have been occasional discussions about using the tool. Peter Huang has said once or twice that DSOFramer isn't really supported well in .NET and recommends the WebBrowser control, instead.
