Why won't Word documents open after updating to Office B2TR? AlanSim 20.09.2006 21:11:02 Everything worked fine untill I applied the Office Beta 2 Technical Refresh. Now when I try to open any Word 97-2003 document, I receive the error message "The file [Name].doc is not available." I receive this error message even after turning off Norton AntiVirus. Any ideas what's wrong? Thanks.
