Hi Ken,
You need to make sure that the height of the report's Detail section is an exact multiple of 0.125 inch (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/208436/en-us). It may also help to format the report in a monospaced font (e.g. Courier) and make *all* the vertical dimensions multiples of 0.125 inch. If you still have problems, install and select the Windows Generic/Text Only printer driver and format the report so it previews nicely with this.
