XSLT generated from WML2XSLT does not transform the Footer text into output.
Steps to reproduce the problem...
1. Create a XSD schema and add in to a new word doc 2. Map the schema elements in the doc. 3. Added some text in the Footer 3. save the doc file as WORDML 4. Create XSLT using WML2XSLT 5. Create a xml data file using VS2005 and validate against the schema 6. Open the XML data file in word 7. Transform the data file using the XSLT
the transformed output skips the text in the footer completely. Opening the XSLT in VS IDE confirmed the existence of footer. Not sure why it disappears after transformation !!
btw, PAGE BREAKs are also disappearing in a similar fashion.
Seems like the problem is in the XSLT which means the tool WML2XSLT is not generating correct XSLT to output Footer, Page Break etc...
I hope these issues are addressed in the next release of WML2XSLT...
thanks & regards
