what is reserved error (-3004)

i keep getting this error when i try to input data in my database, from one
table to another; anyone know what this error means.
3 tables running a music database
first table is: Artist.
next is: Album.
the last is: Tracks.
trying to input data into the tracks table from album table, and this is the
error message i receive.
is it possible that there's hyperlinks in the two tables: Album table has
hyperlinks to full album play, and tracks table has hyperlinks to each albums
track.
all references are the same, and there's nothing different from one table to
another.
this worked at one point, but since the last office update (sp2) i've been
having some trouble with Access.
