But I mean is that, normally, when you crop a picture, the cropped area still there, right? And it can be deleted by tick the check box in front of "Delete cropped areas of pictures" whlie compressing the picture. However, it used to work, which reduced the file size a lot. But when I try to use it again today, it doesn't work. Does anyone know what cause the problem?
