Hi,
This is what Outlook does the moment you log onto your server.
Downloading new messages from your mailbox and sending out
what you have in your Outbox.
To set the interval for checking your server for new messages
click Tools<Options<Internet-mail tap
Check my local network connections for new mail every XXX minutes.
