Linking existinng Emails and calandar entries to Contacts "Dunc" <Dunc_F[ at ]MSN.Com> 01.09.2006 15:45:15 I know this can be done, but for the life of me I have not figured out how to do this simply. I want to link Emails I have sent and recieved as well as Calandar items to related contacts. I don't want to send a notification to the person that I have scheduled the meeting (as it may already have occurred) I have Outlook SP2 Thanks for any help out theer Dunc

For messages, use View | Options.
