Leave/do not leave message on server
"Kalevi" <kale[ at ]woodworld.fi> 13.09.2006 07:38:32
Hi
I have a need to leave the mail messages on the server when reding from
certain PCs and from some to load and erase. Is this posible to configure in
Outlook?

Thanks
Kalevi

Yes, but the details depend on what kind of mail account you have -- POP3, IMAP4, Exchange -- and your version of Outlook.

Certainly, for POP accounts. Since each machine has its own account with
its own settings, you can enable the option to leave the messages for some
of those accounts and not enable it for the others.
